For me, the key to success is consistency and patience. Showing up every day—even when you feel discouraged or when things aren’t perfect—builds the foundation for any goal or dream. It also takes patience, not just for the journey ahead, but with yourself. Being kind to yourself and maintaining a positive mindset during challenging times will always help guide you back on track and give you the motivation to keep moving forward.
Early Life
I was born in Monterrey, Mexico, where I spent part of my childhood. At the age of 11, my mom and stepdad moved to Houston so my stepdad could work as a pre-K teacher. I then spent about 10 years in Cypress, Texas, where I built lifelong friendships and was exposed to many different cultures and perspectives.
I have three younger siblings—Frida, Emiliano, and Bruno—who are all more than 10 years younger than me. I love them deeply and always strive to be a positive role model in their lives. In 2015, I moved back to Monterrey to spend time with my father and complete my college education. I have lived here ever since and truly enjoy being part of this community.
Work Experience
I have experience in both customer service and the insurance industry, where I focus on helping clients understand their coverage, resolving concerns, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. I take pride in staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and finding solutions that work for both the client and the company. I enjoy building trust with clients and making sure they feel confident and informed when it comes to their insurance decisions.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, singing, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I also like playing video games and watching my favorite shows. These hobbies allow me to relax, recharge, and stay connected with the people and things I enjoy most.
