Special Notice Re: COVID-19
To all of our valued customers:
As you are aware, the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is having an impact on business and society and is constantly evolving. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted by the situation. Our first priority is the health and safety of our clients, partners, employees and families, and as much as possible, we are taking steps to manage the risks associated with Coronavirus.
As insurance professionals, we recognize we have a responsibility to our clients and that we need to continue to provide essential placement and other services without interruption or delay.
In response to the request of various federal, state and local agencies, and/or to avoid any unnecessary risks to our employees and their families, we will be doing the following:
- Effective immediately, we will adhere to the Centers for Disease Control’s social distancing recommendations; therefore, our office will be unable to take payments or service policies in person until further notice. For your convenience, we will continue to take payments, quote your auto, home, business, life or health insurance needs or service your existing policies over the phone, Monday through Saturday until 6 p.m.
Due to our previous preparation and current efforts, our clients should see no disruption from the temporary measures we are taking to alleviate the effects of the Coronavirus. As mentioned, our phones are still up and running and we will continue to service your needs in every aspect without delay.
