I attribute my success to a natural curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic in everything I do. I strive to support others wherever needed, always maintaining a positive and approachable attitude. I make it a priority to dive into the details of each situation to fully understand the “how” and “why,” which allows me to provide accurate, thoughtful, and effective assistance.
Early Life
I was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, where I developed a strong foundation rooted in creativity and a passion for learning. From a young age, I enjoyed exploring my artistic side through drawing and continuously challenging myself to learn new things.
I graduated from Instituto San Roberto, an American school where I achieved full bilingual fluency early on. This has allowed me to confidently navigate diverse and professional environments. I later attended high school at UVM University, where I graduated successfully, and I am currently continuing my studies to become a lawyer. Today, I bring that same dedication and love of learning into my professional career.
Work Experience
I have experience working across several industries, where I have developed strong skills in customer service, technical support, and problem-solving. I began by assisting customers with troubleshooting modem issues, coordinating satellite replacements, supporting customer retention, and managing address changes.
I then spent nearly four years working with Xerox industrial machines, providing technical troubleshooting and coordinating replacement supplies. After that campaign ended, I briefly supported shoppers using the Instacart delivery platform.
I later transitioned to a company specializing in restaurant software and equipment, where I created restaurant menus from scratch, troubleshot equipment, assisted with subscription payments, explained system functionality, and supported clients in managing and developing their restaurant operations.
Most recently, I worked in a role focused on troubleshooting, providing product information, and supporting the sale of industrial machinery and agricultural equipment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality service to clients.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy drawing on my tablet and sketching, as well as listening to music—especially neoclassical genres. I also enjoy exercising and going on long walks. Additionally, I have a strong passion for reading, whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or a mix of both.
